Fear !

I was rushed into the luggage van of the Mumbai Local by the crowd on the way to my first Visa interview. Luckily I got a corner seat. Happy I was, that I can prepare some answers to probable questions. Suddenly I saw a guy takin' out a small musical instrument which usually is used in the classical/devotional Indian Music, Manjeera they called it. And then some more took it out. A mere thought came in mind that ' um gonna lose the visa today, this music is going to fragment my concentration !! ' They started with loud cracking noise produced from that tiny instrument which attenuated as the devotional song followed. I was loosing my temperament, but I was a helpless creature as there was hardly some space to move your hands, moving to other bogey seemed impossible to me. I had no choice but to hear them. Fear of losing came to my mind with this disturbance! Time passed, I started enjoying their compositions, I could feel the rhythm but language was foreign to me. No thoughts - Just music. I forgot for some minutes that I was going to have Visa interview. I think it is Fear that has ruled over the minds of mumbai crowd. After facing many terrorist attacks, they can just pray to God for their safe return everyday. In today's world where people find hard to find time for their near and dear one's, its Fear that has forced the Ordinary (humans) to connect with the Almighty. Fear is good at times!! Lost in the devotional music I reached my destination. It ended in high pitched voices offering their devotion to the Savior God. That was an amazing experience to me. Fear of failing was just a mere creation of my foolish thoughts putting doubts on my capabilities. I got my Visa stamped.Also I came to see the mesmerizing power of that small instrument of 8-10 cm diameter. People with different fears traveled side-by-side, one was me with the fear of failing to get visa and others were possibly having the fear of terror attacks. I know there is some supreme power which is always there to help you in facing such fears. I don't have the exact definition/explanation of it but it's named 'GOD' by us.

Nice Thought with nice example.. fear and happiness exist no where else in our own mind..

Pray is way of soothing our mind and indeed essential..

I reached home for my elder brother’s wedding. Shimmering lights, flowers and too many smiling/laughing colorful people. As always, I was treated like a celebrity(I cannot visit home often, due to job :(). Went to bro. Both of us said same words in a go - ‘Oye, oyye.. party’ with a heavily patted hug. Have you seen the star wars movie series? I had. And I have seen several other movies also, developing a habit to find some or the other striking psychological quote which can be interpreted in different ways. Then it takes some processing iterations inside my brain to understand its possible perceptive vision and then absorb only the positive one. Coming back to star wars, there is character called Yoda who is master of all the white knights-saviors of galaxies. Yoda character has the most powerful and awesome psychological quotes in the entire series. Best out of them all -- ‘ Try not, Do or do not there is no try ’. After some iteration I have found a highly positive energy coming out of it. Let me torch the same fire inside you.        To me ‘TRY’ is just an English word which is developed to compensate our feelings on all of our failed events in life. It is a synonym to ‘FAIL’ for me.
