Last time when I went home, I had a longing session of talks on mystical Indian manuscripts that went missing during the British regime. India preferred to burn the ancient excerpts and documents, rather than handing over the knowledge. We Indians had an extremely rare knowledge of technologies and methods that are still way beyond reach of highest technologists of today’s scientific world. Today we can just hear stories about them! In our discussion panel we had my father, two brothers of mine n of-course me. It all started with a story that we read in our text book sometime back in school, about a sage burning down whole of the ancient technical manuscript to create stainless steel at home without any smelter(modern tech involving extreme high temperatures) etc rather handing it to British.
